1 cup small potatoes
2 garlic (crushed)
2 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
4 Kashmiri chilies
2 garlic flakes
2 cups water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
salt to taste
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Slit them half way on two sides.
Place them all around the microwave turntable.
Place a glass of water in the centre to prevent the potatoes from getting wrinkled.
Microwave for 10 minutes.
Grind Kashmiri chilies and garlic flakes to make a paste.
Heat oil, add garlic-chili paste and salt. Mix it well and microwave for 1 minute.
Add potatoes, cumin seed powder and red chili powder.
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Place the potato mixture in an oven at 350 F till the dish is cooked.
