Demonetisation has left the whole of #India reeling and the banking staff under tremendous stress. Aneesh Vidyashankar, a violinist and his friend Manjyoti Bhattacharya, a guitarist decided to do something “nice” for the harassed staff of a bank, the Karnataka Bank in JP Nagar in #Bangalore . After obtaining the necessary permissions they surprised the weary staffers with an impromptu music gig of popular Kannada and Hindi songs. Needless to say the mood in the bank lifted and the staffers went back to demanding customers and counting notes albeit with a smile on their faces. What a wonderful gesture by these young musicians 👏👏
