INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • 40 gm chicken salami (optional)
  • 40 gm butter sauteed mushrooms
  • 40gm iceberg lettuce
  • 30 gm tomato dices
  • 30gm cucumber slices
  • 30gm onion rings
  • 4-5 chilly flakes
  • 5gm oregano
  • 5gm fresh basil
  • 1 egg sunny side up
  • 30 gm chili mayonnaise
  • 30 gm herb mayonnaise
  • 30ml lemon vinaigrette
  • 10 gm feta cheese
  • 15 gm butter

METHOD

  • Apply butter on the bread and toast them in medium heat to keep the centre soft.
  • Toss the iceberg in the lemon vinaigrette.
  • Toss the tomato and cucumber in chili flakes and basil.
  • Season on one side of the bread.
  • Start with the lettuce, add the salami, mushrooms, cucumber-tomato mix, herb mayonnaise.
  • Add onion rings, and finish with the feta cheese.
  • Add the chili mayonnaise and sunnyside egg and serve with the other slice on top.
  • Use ketchup as an accompaniment.
